Although our seminars and workshops are designed for each community we serve based on the number of attendees, time available and other factors, there are core aspects that we have found to provide evergreen value no matter who attends.
Below is a general itinerary of what an event might look like at your community.

Light Movement
Our seminars have a wide variety of movement activities from gentle warm-ups to more cardio-oriented exercises, as well as social dancing instruction and coordination or relaxation exercises, like Tai Chi.

The goal is to have fun, get circulation moving and also challenge the mind with new patterns for a whole body experience.
Health & Wellness
Longevity is an increasingly popular topic these days, but simply adding years to life is not the goal. Rather, adding healthy years to one's life is the purpose of increasing longevity, and our seminars have valuable presentations on nutrition, digestion and overall health that break down simple steps for seniors to get their health and wellness back in control.


Gratitude
The top two predictors of longevity and healthy aging are having a sense of purpose in life and having satisfying relationships. The truth is that without a practice of gratitude these two things are impossible, which is why our seminars dedicate a whole block of time to presenting strategies and training on how to shift into this very important skill.
